Mini-Production Processors
MicroThermics Mini-Production Processors provide precision control, unparalleled ease of use with flow rates of .5 to 6 liters per minute (model dependent). This equipment is ideal for processing high value/low volume products as well as milk, dairy products, juices, microbial media, agar, personal products and more. Their design enables hold tubes to be easily changed, and the flexibility to bypass selected components as needed. These processors use our custom heat exchangers, a variable-speed product pump, and interchangeable hold tubes. Additionally, they work with many of our options including Touchscreen PLC Control, Touchscreen Operators Guide, Plate Heat Exchangers, In-Line Homogenization, Ultra-Clean Filling, Data Acquisition, Circular Chart Recorders, and more to provide a complete production process.
